About 3D Modeling
Production & Delivery
What input data do you need?
We need product photos (front, side, back, details) or a physical sample, or 2D drawings/pattern data (DXF / PDF / CAD / paper). For multi-material products, please include swatches.
What delivery formats?
GLB / glTF / OBJ / FBX as standard. We can also accommodate USDZ, Babylon.js optimization, and more on request.
How long does it take?
Roughly 3-5 business days for simple models, 7-10 for complex ones. Faster turnaround can be arranged for volume or urgency.
How many revisions are included?
Standard plans include 2 rounds of revisions. Beyond that, additional quotes apply.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — we can use your NDA template or ours. We sign before quoting.
About the 3D Simulator
Features & Operation
Can we import existing 3D models?
Yes. GLB / glTF / OBJ / FBX are supported. Exports from 3ds Max / Blender / CLO3D and other major tools are re-optimized for the simulator on our side.
How is pricing configured?
Material cost (unit price × consumption or area), component unit costs, processing fees and yield are combined. The formula can be tailored to your costing logic.
Can it be used on smartphones?
Yes — WebGL-based, so you can use it on phones and tablets without installing any app.
Is it a separate contract from KIRIKOM PLUS?
It is provided as an option on top of KIRIKOM PLUS.
Which browsers do you support?
Latest Chrome / Safari / Edge, and latest iOS Safari / Android Chrome.
Pricing & Contract
Do you accept invoice payment?
Yes — net 30 (end-of-month closing). For overseas clients, we accept wire transfer (TT).
Is there a free trial?
The simulator has a 14-day free trial. For 3D model production, we offer a discounted single-item sample.
Volume discounts?
Yes — for ongoing production of 10+ items per month, annual contracts, and enterprise contracts.
