How to make a request
Can I apply for a request by phone?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to prevent miscommunication, we are currently unable to respond to inquiries or orders by phone. Please send us your request by e-mail or through our website.
Which file formats are supported?
These formats are supported: glb / fbx / blend / usdz / obj / dae / abc
Can I cancel my request?
It is possible, but a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the progress of the work if the request is already in progress. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Can you handle modifications?
We can also handle revisions after delivery. Please submit requests for revisions within two weeks of delivery. Please note that after two weeks, the files will be deleted from the server and we will not be able to respond after that time.
Which image processing software do you use to support your work?
We use Blender 3.5 / Adobe Substance.

We can resend data within two weeks of delivery. However, after two weeks, the files on the server will be deleted, and we will not be able to resend the data after that time. In this case, please submit a new request.
